Santa Visit

This year we tried out a new Santa visit. The Holiday Express was at Union Station this weekend so we tried that instead of Zona Rosa. It was cute! The line was insane, but we had reservations and got to cut by probably hours. Vivian has a cold and wasn't feeling great.

Zoo Day

Saturday was a lovely mild December day so Vivian and we went to the zoo. It was overcast and supposed to rain so almost no one was there! Now that she isn't really napping we didn't have to rush home so we just wandered around and where there over 4 hours. 

She did get tired and need a shoulder ride for awhile. 

The lions got Christmas trees and presents. It was fun to see them rip open a present to get a toy or some food. There were also some decorations in the lion enclosure. 

Then said she wanted to take my picture, and while I was posing a little boy ran up and ripped off the decorations and tore it into three parts. 

 

She seems to have gotten over her fear of slides.

Gingerbread Party

It seems like the place I work has had a baby boom in recent years. And funnily enough, mostly girls!

This year Stacy and I started a fun (hopefully) tradition of a gingerbread house decorating party. It was at her house and I provided the mini-houses to decorate. It was a lot of fun!

Milk and Cookies with Santa

 Last night Vivian and I went to a PJ party with Santa and Mrs. Claus. She got milk, cookies, and a Christmas book!
