Layers

I ordered Vivian two more skirts to fill her puffy skirt obsession (not sure where that came from...) and a St. Patrick's Day shirt. The moment I pulled them out of the pack she HAD to put them on. Every single one. She's wearing two skirts, a pair of pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and a short sleeved shirt. For the whole rest of the night. And then threw a temper tantrum when I tried to put her in her jammies. Fun times. 

It looks like she's wearing pantalets with a pouffy 1800's skirt.

Then Victor made her a hat out of wet wipes. She loved it!

Jammies

Vivian got new jammies today. She is becoming quite the clothes horse. She had to check out every pair of jammies once we took all the tags off. Then she tried to put them on herself. It didn't work so well...

Drama

Vivian is becoming much more interested in picking out her clothing and dressing herself. She typically picks out a tutu... or two

Sweet Tooth #2

Grammy and Grandpa decided to bring Vivian a massive cupcake this weekend. Seriously, this thing was the size of her head! It took two hands for her to hold it. She wasn't particularly interested in the cake part so she just ate off the icing. When Grammy tried to put it in a bowl for her, Vivian decided to just eat the icing with a spoon... oh lordy

Then we had a dance party to Wizard of OZ

Sweet tooth

Vivian has a huge sweet tooth (see next post for further evidence.) I don't know if keeping her from sugar longer would have helped but probably not. Genetics weren't in her favor. We don't let her have sugary desserts everyday - usually she gets fresh fruit. But every now and then we let her have a bite of something. This weekend I thought she would have fun making rice krispies treats but we used fruity krispies instead.  She didn't love all the stirring but she LOVED the marshmallowy goodness!! She liked two spatulas and the bowl clean.

Apres Ski

This is one of my favorite winter outfits. She just looks so dang cute. Like she's ready to sip some hot chocolate at the base of the mountain.

Zoo Day

On Saturday we all went to the zoo since it was so nice out. I think Vivian's favorite part was being able to run around the paths and stare at other kids. But she sometimes took breaks to look at the animals. She especially likes the polar bear.

This kid isn't afraid of anything. She walked right up to the birds and would have touched them if we hadn't stopped her.

Hold Me

The plague has been going around our house over the last week. It has been horrifying! No one has been feeling up to pictures so here are some randoms I took awhile ago that I never posted (I don't think anyway) Sorry for the weird lighting - our kitchen lights are odd.

Vivian cooking again. She loves to play with whatever I've been cooking with.

Whenever I find a mini-kitchen option I wash it out for her to play with. So now she has a mini-milk container and a plastic cheese tub for cereal.

She also loves trying on my most expensive shoes!

We tried cookie making again last night. This time I tricked her! Instead of leaving out a ton of sugar, I gave her an empty sugar bin that use to have brown sugar in it so she thought she would get some sweetness and didn't cry but I didn't have a wild and crazy Vivian.

I think her eyes are already twice the size of mine. Lucky girl
