Pumpkin Patch

I'm front loading my posts this week. Usually I space them out but I'm excited about this post so don't yell at me if I don't post anything between now and this weekend's halloween post.

Yesterday we went to a pumpkin patch. We assumed Vivian would love running through the pumpkins and picking out big ones. We were wrong. She liked everything leading up to the pumpkin patch (pre picked pumpkins, animals, pony rides) she hated the tractor ride to the pumpkin patch. Then she didn't want to look for pumpkins and only wanted to be carried by me. The only way we could get her to walk was my singing an adventure song I made up while we were walking.

Saturday Randoms

Here are some random pictures I took yesterday. Saturdays are my wake up days with Vivian. We usually make breakfast together. Right now she loves blueberry pancakes. Mostly she likes putting in the berries.

Halloween Prep

We tested out Vivian's costume today. Or at least we tried to. She wouldn't wear her Belle dress. I'm really hoping she will wear it the day of or I'm going to be disappointed. But regardless she loves her cape and ghost bag. Victor and I pretended to be houses and had her practice saying trick or treat to get a treat (one small bag of M&Ms, one bag of gummies, and small boxes of raisins.) She seemed to get the hang of it. But she wouldn't go to the next house until she ate her whole treat. It's going to be a long night on Thursday!

Randoms

The other night Vivian didn't want to go to sleep so she played around in her room. I watch her on the monitor most of the time until she falls asleep. Some how I missed her get up, get in her dresser, pull out and put on a skirt. Then she fell asleep. Goober

Then one morning I was getting ready and she was just too quiet. So I went looking for her and found her chilling on the spare bed. She'd stolen "her" iPad and was watching Bubble Guppies halloween special. She LOVES ghosts, spooky things, witches, and pumpkins.

Then another morning she decided to get ready with me.

Weekend in Carthage

Vivian spent last weekend in Carthage with my parents. She got to eat brats on the square, see the parade, and hang out with Charlie. She loves Charlie. She's still talking about him.
