Weekend photos

Here are some random pictures from this weekend. Vivian is really into superheros and especially Spiderman. As much as I like Disney movies I'm glad she likes all sort of characters, not just princesses and fairies. Though Think does have an attitude on her. 

The problem is, I'm much better at make believe with girly things than with action things. So when she started asking for webs I was a little stuck. Then I had an epiphany. I bought some white yarn and braided several different strands. Then I tied them together making different lassos and web slingers. It turned out fairly well, happily she has quite an imagination on her!

Then today she played out in the snow for a little while. She liked it well enough… until she made a snowball and her hands got cold. Then she was not happy at all!

Post-15 minutes in the snow. You'd think she was outside for hours and hours! Silly girl

Randoms

Nothing super interested here. I'm just posting because I haven't since Monday and assume Cait will kill me if she doesn't get any photos for a week.

I had a flat tire the other day and we had to spend about an hour and a half sitting waiting for it to be fixed. She was surprisingly well-behaved!! The last thirty minutes were rough but before that she was great. She colored, ran around, looked at the tires, just about everything. I couldn't believe it.

They even had a kid-sized table with crayons and coloring books.

This is the response I received them I tried to wake her up yesterday morning. She pulled the blanket over her head.

Then yesterday we played at a beach volleyball area near out neighborhood. In 34 degree weather. It was cold!

Love This Dress

I don't really have anything to say. I just think this is an adorable dress.

Zoo Day!

Today we utilized the zoo membership we received over Christmas. It was a nice day and Vivian needed to get out of the house! She had a great time running around and looking at the other kids (I would say the animals but really she looked at the kids more.)

She rode on the carousel twice. When we walked in and when we left. She would have ridden it more but we had to leave to get home before nap time.

Going down the slide like a champ! The big kids even started copying her style.
